Wash and Dices the onions and tomatoes.

Then wash and chop the kales into small pieces

Into a cooking pan put 1tbsp of oil into add half of the diced onions

Cook the onions till golden brown and add half of the chopped tomatoes. Fry for a few minutes then add the chopped kales and simmer for a few minutes

Break the two eggs into a bowl.Then into another cooking pan add put 1 tbsp of oil and then add the diced onions

Fry till golden brown and add the then add the chopped tomatoes and continue frying

Then add the eggs while frying for five more minutes

Into another cooking pot put 1 cups of water and let it boil. then add gradually the maize flour till it thickens. All this while you shouldn't stop stirring

Continue stirring while adding maize flour until it thickens

Cover for a few minutes to allow it to baked then mix and turn for two more minutes and then remove.

Serve while hot together with the fried eggs and fried kales
