Chicken Noodle Spring Rolls

Break your noodles into roughly sized pieces and boil till soft.

In a pot melt your butter. Cook onions till soft and add in your fillet and cook till browned.

Add in your peppers, chillies and fresh garlic. Add in all your spices. Cook till soft.

Transfer your cooked Chicken mixture to a bowl and allow to cool.

Drain your noodles and add to your bowl. Mix in mayo and more salt if preferred. Mix well.

Once mixture is cooled fill in dough and wrap. Fry in shallow oil till golden and crisp
