For bananas : peel the bananas nicely, then wash them.

In a pot, heat oil then put the nicely chopped onions, let them turn brown then add finely chopped tomatoes

Leave them to cook and add the bananas. Add salt and a little water, cover it and cook it on a low heat.

For kales : wash them then chop to your desired size, keep them aside, heat oil in a pot, put onions till dark brown, put the veggies sprinkle a little salt to taste then stir once and steam.

Serve the tasty bananas and kales. tastes yummy when hot
