Ingredients

  • 6Eggs
  • 4 CupsSugar
  • 1/3 CupWater
  • 1/2 CupMilk
  • 1--29oz Canned Pumpkin
  • 3Ripe Bananas
  • 1 1/2 CupsOlive Oil
  • 5 1/2 CupsFlour
  • 3 TspBaking Soda
  • 3 TspSalt
  • 1 TspVanilla
  • 1 TspNutmeg
  • 1 TspCloves
  • 2 TspCinnamon
  • 1 TspGinger
  • 1 CupMini Chocolate Chips (more if desired)
  • 1 1/2 CupsWalnuts (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips and walnuts. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Put in lined muffin tins or greased bread pans.

  3. 3

    Bake in 350 degree oven for @ 20 minutes for muffins, @45 minutes for bread loaf pans.

  4. 4

    This makes a lot of bread for sharing.
