Roll out the croissants, put in pie pans,and bake for slightly less than what's on directions.

Crumble topping: In a beater beat the flour and butter. Then add water and garlic powder. Beat until crumbly.

Add the potato mixture to the pie crusts, Put the crumble and cheese over the top and cook in the oven until cheese is melted and the crumbles are browned.
