Steps
- 1
Pluck the fenugreek leaves. Wash them thoroughly. Discard the stem anyways. It has no use whatsoever. But if desired, even that can be dried and used in curries or gravies. And for thinner stems, dry them along with the leaves.
- 2
Now spread these in a large tray or plate. Dry under the Sun for about 2 to 3 days.
- 3
Store this in an airtight container for months together. There is no need to worry about the availability of the fenugreek leaves. This is an easy and a fool proof method to store them for a long long time. Whenever you need to use it, just rinse it under water in a tea strainer. It will be as fresh as you want it to be. Enjoy!
