Steps

First take karonda wash it properly and cut into half remove seeds.

Then add 1 tbsp salt. It will take into the moisture and Pickle will last long. Close and keep for a day. Moisture has come out. Filter it.spread it. Put under fan 2 hours till the moisture dries.

Then take 2tbsp mustard seeds 1tbsp fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp fennel seeds 1/2 cumin seeds 1tbsp carom seeds.Roast let it cool down and Crushed it.

Then heat oil in a pan till smoke comes turn off the flame let it cool down bit 1 tbsp salt then add half Crushedmasala and add karonda mix well. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder 1.1/2 Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder. Mix them well. Now our healthy tasty karonda the pickle is ready. Transfer to a serving plate.
