10-Minute Goose Fat Scallion Oil Noodles

Did you know that goose fat is highly nutritious? As an animal fat, it’s rich in flavor and, when consumed in moderation, offers great nutritional value. It’s especially delicious in dry-mixed noodles—its aroma pairs perfectly with crispy fried shallots. Just toss everything together for a tasty meal that’s perfect for an afternoon snack or a late-night bite.
