Sieve both the flour. Add salt and with the help of water knead the dough.

Allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Again apply oil on your palm and knead again.

Make balls dust with the flour and roll out roti from the dough.

Place it on hot tawa. Flip it cook directly on high flame and it puffs up. Cook well with both the sides. Apply ghee on it.
