Ingredients

30 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  • 2 packschicken wings, about 12 pieces
  • Marinade
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonoyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonminced garlic
  • Seasoning powder of your choice (Italian herbs, cumin powder, Chinese five-spice, etc.) to taste
  • White pepper to taste

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Poke some holes in the chicken wings with a fork or make a few cuts with a knife

  2. 2

    Mix the marinade ingredients together

    Massage the chicken wings with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 12 hours to let the flavors develop

  4. 4

    The next day, place them in the air fryer, cook at 360°F (180°C) for 15 minutes on one side, then flip and cook at 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes on the other side (you can sprinkle some sesame seeds if desired)
