Heat ghee in a cooker add urad dal, and cook then add zeera, green chilli and onion sliced cook till translucent and add tomatoes and add curry leaves and moringa leaves

Soak rice for 30 min.when tomatoes is soft add dry masalas and mix well and water and salt. Now add soaked rice.adjust water according to rice, add salt if necessary. Cook for two whistles. Remove pressure and mix well.serve with raita.
