2 tspsoaked chia seeds
2 tspchopped dryfruits

Make hung curd - squeeze excess water of curd in a muslin cloth, and hang it for at least 1 hour. Soak chia seeds in water to blow it. Keep ready, Rooh Afza syrup, cardamom powder, and chopped dryfruits.

Take a mixing bowl. Add hung curd, rooh afza, and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Add soaked chia seeds and dryfruits. Keep in the fridge. Enjoy cool Shrikhand. Garnish with dry rose petals.
