Spicy chicken ghee roast

In a pan add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, curry leaves and fry until golden brown and then add to a mixer jar and grind coarsely.

Mix chicken chili powder with turmeric powder and salt in a vessel and marinate for 2 hours

Heat ghee in a pan, season it with mustard and add ginger and garlic and saute well.

After that add green chillies and curry leaves and saute it lightly and add the chicken to it and saute for two minutes..

Put the stove on SIM and cover and let it boil. No water is needed. The water comes from the chicken.

When the chicken is cooked, add the ground spices, garam masala, chili flakes and salt saute well for two minutes.

Finally, add long onions and saute for two minutes. Onions don't need to be over cooked...

Now ready to serve..
