Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 can(about 9 oz/250 g) tuna, drained
  2. 8.8 oz (250 g)cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
  3. 4eggs
  4. 2 tablespoonsmustard
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 1pie crust
  7. 2 tablespoonschopped parsley
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 1 pinchpepper

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Open and drain the can of tuna.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, cream cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4

    Place the pie crust in a tart pan and spread the mustard over the bottom.

  5. 5

    Pour the tuna mixture onto the crust.

  6. 6

    Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top of the tart.

  7. 7

    Bake for about 40 minutes.

  8. 8

    Once baked, let it cool and refrigerate.

  9. 9

    Serve the tart well chilled with a little salad.
