Take all the ingredients together.

In a mixer jar add chillies, garlic cloves, coriander leaves, sprouts and grind coarsely.

Chop onion finely.chop tomato.In a mixing bowl add sprouts mixture, chopped onion, tomato,rava, sesame seeds,salt.Mix well with hands.

Heat a uttapa pan add little oil and mustard seeds allow to crackle.Add one tablespoonful mixture in a cavity.

Cook by one side and flip.Roast other side.If nessesary add little oil.

Our tasty, healthy sprouted moong mini uttapa is ready to serve.Serve with tomato sauce.
