For gravy paste, blend onion,ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, coconut cream powder

Now heat oil, add star anise, arbi, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Add coriander powder and saute for 2-3mts

Now add the prepared paste, water and remaining spices and mix well. Cook covered for about 5 mts.

Add chopped coriander and fresh cream. Serve hot with paratha or rice
