Here is the simple recipe of delightful Kochu Papri Chaat. At first marinate the kochu pieces with some lime juice. In a kadai half boil the kochu pieces with turmeric powder and salt. Now clean the damp water with a cotton piece. Rub laal mirch powder both sides of the kochus.

Now in a heated frying pan fry kochu pieces with refined oil until it gets hard. Set them aside. Now with half teaspoon of refined oil fry cumin seeds and chilli flakes and add tamarind paste into it. Mix well while make a thick paste out of it after adding salt and sugar. By the same time boil potatoes and badam,matar.

Now it's time to make the chaat. At first peel the potatoes into six round shape and the remaining potatoes are cutting into cubes. Now mix all the masalas, boiled badam matar, chopped tomato, sliced carrot, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies with little bit of salt and tamarind water.

Now on a plate lay down the Kochu papri and a piece of potato slice. Then pour one teaspoon of curd at every point. Now spread some alu bhujia over them. Now place aluu chaat on the tip of them. Spread green chilli coriander paste. Then pour curd on the plate. Now spread the remaining alu bhujia over it. Now decorating it with raisin and sweet tamarind chutney. Just taste it now. Mouthwatering....
