Boil the meat already cut into cubes and wash your rice and rinse off the water.

Chop your onions and smash your garlic.

Preheat your pan, add the cooking oil and stir fry your onions until golden brown.

Add the smashed garlic and cook for 2mins
- 5
Add your boiled meat and stir while cooking for about 3-5mins
- 6
Add the pilau masala and continue cooking.

Add the rice and stir to mix the ingredients together.

Add water and cover to let the rice cook for about 10-15mins depending on heat source.

When the water level goes below the level of rice turn down the heat and let the rice cook slowly.

When the rice dries up its ready to serve.
