  • 1/2 CanLager Beer
  • ● For The Vegetables [fresh & canned]
  • 1LG Chopped Beefeater Tomato
  • 1Chopped Medium Green Bell Pepper
  • 1LG Chopped White Onion
  • 4LG Sliced Jalapeño Peppers
  • 4LG Sliced Habenero Peppers
  • 5 ClovesSliced Fresh Garlic
  • 1LG Choppef Stalk Celery
  • 1 (4 oz)Can Green Chilies
  • 1 (28 oz)Can CENTRO Chefs Cut Tomatoes [see photo]
  • ● For The Seasonings
  • 1 tbspBetter Than Bouillon
  • 1 DashWorshestershire
  • 3 tbspDehydrated Onions
  • 1 1/2 tbspGround Cumin
  • 1/2 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbspChili Powder
  • 7 DashesTabasco Sauce
  • 1 tbspGarlic Powder
  • 1 tbspOnion Powder
  • ● For The Toppings & Side Options [as needed]
  • Sour Cream
  • Shreadded Cheeses
  • Chopped Fresh Chives
  • Sliced Avocados
  • Sliced Jalapeños
  • Sliced Habeneros
  • Chopped White Onions
  • Tabasco Sauce
  • Fresh Tortilla Chips
  • Fresh Flour Tortillas

Steps

2 Hours
  1. 1

    Rinse loin in cold water. Cut into 1/2 thick slices. Then into 1" cubes.

    Place oil in pan and add pork. Season to taste. Fry until browned. About 7 minutes.

    Crushed tomatoes used pictured.

    Add both boxes of broth to a large thick bottom pot. Add cooked pork and simmer for one hour covered. Or, until pork is somewhat tender.

    Chop all vegetables. Add vegetables and seasonings to pot and simmer for 15 minutes covered.

    Add everything else to the pot and simmer 15 minutes longer uncovered.

    Serve with any of the items listed in the Toppings and Side Options section listed above. Or, pick your own. Enjoy!

Hense my love for the year round super fresh meats, seafoods and crispy fresh vegetables my students have consistently listed for your families picky approval!With that, cooking, teaching and feeding others are obviously 3 of my absolute passions in life. My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods. But, I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once. Pfft! My daddy didn't nickname me, "Goat," at two years of age for nothin'! Yup! I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once!P.S. Most ALL of my recipes posted on this site were soley submitted by my youngest 6, 7 and 8 year old culinary students. Mostly recipes for the homeless and battered women's shelters they regularly cook for. That means ANYONE can make these super easy, crazy delicious recipes!Lastly, my only culinary motto?
