  14. 2 (32 oz)Boxes Beef Broth
  15. 1/2 CanLager Beer
  16. ● For The Vegetables [fresh & canned]
  17. 1LG Chopped Beefeater Tomato
  18. 1Chopped Medium Green Bell Pepper
  19. 1LG Chopped White Onion
  20. 4LG Sliced Jalapeño Peppers
  21. 4LG Sliced Habenero Peppers
  22. 5 ClovesSliced Fresh Garlic
  23. 1LG Choppef Stalk Celery
  24. 1 (4 oz)Can Green Chilies
  25. 1 (28 oz)Can CENTRO Chefs Cut Tomatoes [see photo]

  29. 3 tbspDehydrated Onions
  30. 1 1/2 tbspGround Cumin
  31. 1/2 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  32. 2 tbspChili Powder
  33. 7 DashesTabasco Sauce
  34. 1 tbspGarlic Powder
  35. 1 tbspOnion Powder
  36. ● For The Toppings & Side Options [as needed]
  37. Sour Cream
  38. Shreadded Cheeses
  39. Chopped Fresh Chives
  40. Sliced Avocados
  41. Sliced Jalapeños
  42. Sliced Habeneros
  43. Chopped White Onions
  44. Tabasco Sauce
  45. Fresh Tortilla Chips
  46. Fresh Flour Tortillas

  1. 1

    Rinse loin in cold water. Cut into 1/2 thick slices. Then into 1" cubes.

    Place oil in pan and add pork. Season to taste. Fry until browned. About 7 minutes.

    Crushed tomatoes used pictured.

    Add both boxes of broth to a large thick bottom pot. Add cooked pork and simmer for one hour covered. Or, until pork is somewhat tender.

    Chop all vegetables. Add vegetables and seasonings to pot and simmer for 15 minutes covered.

    Add everything else to the pot and simmer 15 minutes longer uncovered.

My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods. But, I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once. Pfft! My daddy didn't nickname me, "Goat," at two years of age for nothin'! Yup! I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once!P.S. Most ALL of my recipes posted on this site were soley submitted by my youngest 6, 7 and 8 year old culinary students. Mostly recipes for the homeless and battered women's shelters they regularly cook for. That means ANYONE can make these super easy, crazy delicious recipes!Lastly, my only culinary motto?
