Sort out the beans and wash them.

After washing, place in a pressure cooker for 30 - 45 minutes

While the beans is boiling, into a bowl pour the 2 cups of flour.

Add 1/2 tbsp of salt and mix

Rub in the about 5 tbsp of oil and bind with water

Shape into medium sized balls.

Roll out each ball and spreead on more oil.

Fold and keep aside

Roll out thinly and dry both sides on a hot pan.

Apply a little oil and cook both sides untill well brown.

Fry the diced onions in 1 tbsp of oil into a new Sufuria.

Add the chopped tomatoes and continue frying

Dissolve 1 tbsp of royco in 10 mls of water and then add to the cooking tomatoes

Then add the boiled beans and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve with the chapatis
