Ingredients

  • 6 poundspineapple cored and peeled
  • 5 cupswater
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1/4 cupmolasses
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoonground nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the spices, water, vinegar, and molasses to a pot. Bring it to a boil.

    Cut up the pineapple and add to sterilized jars. When everything in the pot is incorporated well, sugar is dissolved, fill the pineapple filled jars.

    Add lids and allow to cool. My granddaughters are coming over tomorrow these will not last past then. Refrigerate over night. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
