Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupoats
  • 1/2 cupoat flour
  • 1banana, mashed
  • 1/8 cup+ 1 tbsp peanut butter, melted
  • 1/8 cupmaple syrup
  • 1/8 cupoat milk
  • 1/2 tbspground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • Peanut butter and jelly, melted for topping

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a large bowl, mash bananas. Then add 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup oat flour, 1/8 cup + 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/8 cup maple syrup, 1/8 cup oat milk, 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix everything until combined.

    Pour oat mixture in small silicone loaf pan.

    Add peanut butter and jelly in dollops then swirl with chop stick.

    Bake for 25 minutes.
