Ingredients

15-20 min
1 serving
  • 50 gmRoasted oats
  • 150 mlMilk
  • 1banana 4-5"
  • 2 SlicesMango
  • 1 pieceDate
  • 1 tbspRosted pumpkin seeds
  • 2-3 cubeIce

Steps

15-20 min
  1. 1

    Take a pan and dry roast the oats
    Then wait for 5 min for cool down the oats

  2. 2

    Take a Bowl and soak oats, pumpkin seeds, date into milk for 10 min
    Then take a mixture grinder put milk mixture along with oats, date and pumpkin seeds and put a banana and mango slice and ice cubes
    And blend it until it texture was smooth

  3. 3

    Then take big glass put oats mixture and garnish some chopped mango cube and roasted pumpkin seeds
