Steps

Take a pan and dry roast the oats
Then wait for 5 min for cool down the oats - 2
Take a Bowl and soak oats, pumpkin seeds, date into milk for 10 min
Then take a mixture grinder put milk mixture along with oats, date and pumpkin seeds and put a banana and mango slice and ice cubes
And blend it until it texture was smooth - 3
Then take big glass put oats mixture and garnish some chopped mango cube and roasted pumpkin seeds
