Ingredients

  1. 2over ripe bananas, mashed
  2. 1/4 cuppeanut butter (I use a single ingredient pb)
  3. 1/4 cupreal maple syrup
  4. 1 tspreal vanilla
  5. 1 Tbscinnamon
  6. 2 cupsflour
  7. 1 Tbsbaking powder
  8. 1/2 cupvegan chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend bananas, peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon until thoroughly mixed

  2. 2

    Fold in flour, powder and chips

  3. 3

    Blend until just mixed, do not over mix

  4. 4

    Fry in skillet or on electric griddle a few minutes each side until golden brown
