  1. 250 gramarbi
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1/ 2 tsp raai
  4. 1/ 8 tsphing
  5. 1/ 4 tsp haldi
  6. 1/ 2 tsp laal mirch powder
  7. 1/ 4 tsp salt
  8. 1/ 4 tsp sugar
  9. 2 tbspCoriander leaves

  1. 1

    Cook arbi in cooker with 3 whistles. Remove the skin. Cut into pieces.

    Heat a pan, add oil, put raai, let it crackle, put hing, haldi and laal mirch powder in it.

    Add the pieces of arbi, salt, sugar, Coriander leaves and mix it well. Cook for 2- 3 minutes.

    Serve hot with roties.
