    Prepare the ingredients: 1 pumpkin, 1 package of rice noodles, 1 bowl of vegetarian minced meat, about 15 stalks of celery, 1 tablespoon of premium cold-pressed camellia oil, 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, a pinch of vegetarian flavor enhancer.

    Soak the rice noodles in water until they soften.

    Peel the pumpkin, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and slice it into strips.

    Chop the celery into small pieces and set aside.

    Pour about 1 tablespoon of premium cold-pressed camellia oil into the pan.

    Add the vegetarian minced meat and the sliced pumpkin strips, and stir-fry.

    Add 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce and a pinch of vegetarian flavor enhancer, then pour in a bowl of water to cook the pumpkin until soft.
