Beat the egg well, add a pinch of white dashi, and cook into a small, thick omelet.

Pan-fry the Spam until browned.

Mix the tuna with the ingredients labeled A (mayonnaise, Hondashi, and mustard).

Place the cooked rice on a sheet of roasted seaweed (nori).

Layer the Spam, tuna mayo, and omelet on top, then wrap with the seaweed.
