  • 1ripe plantain
  • Small portion of yam
  • Little palm oil
  • Scentleaf
  • Seasoning and pepper

    Wash and chop the scentleaf

  2. 2

    Cut the yam and plantain

  3. 3

    Fry the yam and plantain

  4. 4

    In a pot add a small amount of oil, season, add in the fried yam and plantain

  5. 5

    Add the chopped scentleaf and serve
