At first, wash karonda and chilli properly. Then cut into 2 Part. Take a kadhai heat oil. Add asafodieta, cumin seeds, carom seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder and stir it.

Add karonda and chilli and mix it well. Add all spices and mix everything well. Cover it and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Karonda sabji is ready now.

Take it out in a bowl. Serve it with paratha, roti, puri, pulao, dal rice etc......😋😋
