In bowl add rice, tuver dal, moong dal, masoor dal, add water and wash it

In pressure cooker add oil, then add mustard seeds, cumin, dry red chilli, garlic, curry leaves,asafoetida,onion and potato

Then add rice dal mixture, then add chaulai leaves

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin Coriander powder, salt, garam masalo.

Add water, pressure cook it upto 4 whistle.

Chaulai khichadi ready to serve, on top add Coriander leaves and ghee
