Cook rice

Meanwhile hce and chop up pepper. Cut lime into wedge and peel and grate garlic. Crush peanuts

Fry beef and peppers ensuring breaking up mince.. once browned add in spice mix and garlic.

Add bulgogi soy sauce and water sauce. Bring to boil and simmer.

Once simmer add squeeze of lime juice. Add more or less depending on seasoning tastes

Serve rice and top with bulgogi beef. Top with peanuts.
