Cook rice.

Fry beef mince once cooked add north Indian style spice mix and rogan josh curry paste

Add passta chickpeas beef stock paste and water

Bring to boil and let simmer for 10-15 mins

Once thickened add mango chutney and butter. Taste and season with salt and pepper etc

Serve rice and chickpea curry. Drizzle over yoghurt to finish
