Cut Paneer into medium slices (cubes)
Marinade with salt + red chilli powder + garam masala powder and Marinade for 10 minutes. - 2
In a mixing bowl add Gram Flour + rice flour + salt + turmeric powder + red chilli powder + carom seeds + water + hot oil

It requires a thick yet dropping consistency batter. So have to add water accordingly. Batter is done.

Put Oil to heat

Dip paneer cubes into batter, coat very well from all sides and drop into Oil. Deep fry till golden brown under medium flame

Crispy Paneer Pakoda is done.
Serve hot hot
