1beetroot grated

50gram paneer

2tsp white oil
2tsp sesame seeds
2 tsptomato sauce

In a bowl add grated beetroot garlic flour.Roughly chopped lal mirch salt and crushed paneer sesame seeds sprinkle water and knead the dough.

Sprinkle some more water and knead the dough gently.Heat pan grease with white oil.Now take small amount of the dough and prepare a tikki with your hands.Put it over a preheated pan cook and roast from bothsides using little amount of white oil.Cook all one by one.When prepared all transfer to a serving plate and serve with tomato sauce.
