If you have a whole chicken breast, slice it and remove any small pieces of fat. Prepare all necessary ingredients.

On a plate, dust the chicken slices with semolina flour.

In a large skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and brown the chicken slices, adding a pinch of salt on both sides. Once browned, place them on a covered plate.

In the same skillet, add another drizzle of olive oil, and briefly sauté the peeled and crushed garlic clove, chili pepper, and anchovy fillet.

Add the tomato pulp, olives, and capers. Let it cook over medium-low heat until the sauce slightly thickens (5-10 minutes).

Add the chicken slices to the sauce and cook for another 6-7 minutes (adjust salt if necessary).

Now you can place it on a serving dish and sprinkle with some chopped parsley. And here is a very tasty dish, ready in 30 minutes.
