Ingredients

10 servings
  • 200 gramsMung split dal
  • 100black grams split dal
  • 100 grams chana dal
  • matki beans
  • 50 grams black eyed beans
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 5-6 stalk curry leaves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 15 green chillies
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Soak all the dal separately for 7 hours.

  2. 2

    Mix and grind coarsely.while grinding add chillies and ginger.

  3. 3

    Chop curry leaves and coriander.

  4. 4

    Mix all the ingredients together add salt, turmeric and chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves.

    Heat oil in a iron karahi..Add 2 table spoon hot oil in the mixture.Mix well.

  6. 6

    Make vadas by pressing in your palm.Fry in hot oil in medium flame till reddish brown and Serve hot with fried chillies.
