Soak all the dal separately for 7 hours.

Mix and grind coarsely.while grinding add chillies and ginger.

Chop curry leaves and coriander.

Mix all the ingredients together add salt, turmeric and chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves.

Heat oil in a iron karahi..Add 2 table spoon hot oil in the mixture.Mix well.

Make vadas by pressing in your palm.Fry in hot oil in medium flame till reddish brown and Serve hot with fried chillies.
