Assemble ingredients. Soak Sabudana for 5-6 hours and keep in strainer for 3-4 hours to drain off excess water.

Now add sago pearls + cumin seeds + red chilli powder + green chilli + salt + chopped Coriander to mashed potato and mix well. Pinch medium size of mixture and give shape of Fritters.

Slight coat each Fritters with Corn Flour.

Heat oil in pan, Shallow fry both sides till crisp and golden brown.
Flip and fry the other side till golden brown.

Serve hot hot.
