Dry roast 1/2 Cup Rava (Sooji) in a pan and Stirring it
continuously till you get a nice aroma. Not to let it brown - 2
Keep Aside Roasted Rava

Heat ghee in a pan...Fry cashews & Cloves, cinnamon, cardamom in ghee until lightly golden

Keep Aside Roasted Cashews

In a Same Pan, add 1/2 Cup Milk and 1/2 Cup Water

Now, add Pinch of Kesari Powder & Mix Well

When it comes to Boiling Stage, add Roasted Rava gently little by little...
Stir continuously till the Rava absorbs water and milk and no lumps to be formed...
Cook the rava until it comes together - 8
Now, add 1 Cup Sugar (250 ml).... Depending on your
sweetness...Keep low flame, stir well till the sugar dissolves...
Rava will turn watery again

Keep on low Flame, Stir continuously to avoid lumps

Now, add little cup ghee and stir continuously

Stir continuously on low flame until ghee begins to Separate out from the edges

Garnish with Roasted Cashews
