Sift the flour, then sift in the cocoa powder. Mix together and add the teaspoon of salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients (except for the orange juice and baking soda) until the sugar dissolves.

Combine the two mixtures and mix well.

Dissolve the teaspoon of baking soda in the orange juice. Add this to the batter and mix again.

Grease a baking pan and pour the batter into the pan.

Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C), using both top and bottom heat if possible.

About 10 minutes before the cake is done, prepare the glaze. Melt the chocolate bars with 10-11 tablespoons corn oil and one packet of vanilla extract using a double boiler (bain-marie).

When the chocolate pie is ready, remove it from the oven and, while it’s still hot, cut it into pieces. Spoon the glaze over each piece to cover them completely.

Let it cool at room temperature until set, then you can refrigerate it so the glaze becomes even firmer.
