Steps

Finely chop Bottle gourd and keep aside. Fry marinaded with salt + turmeric fish head till golden brown.

Let heat oil, then add cumin seeds and allow to crackle, add bottle gourd + salt + turmeric and sauté for 2-3 minutes, gradually it shrinks and starts releasing water.

Now add fried fish head mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Lower flame and simmer till water evaporates, if takes around 2-3 minutes.

Fish head curry is ready to serve.
