For orange color make a paste of carrot.
Heat clarified butter add carrot paste,paneer and milkmaid and stir continuously until thick turn off the flame.

Heat clarified butter add,green gram paste,paneer and milkmaid and stir continuously until thick switch off the flame.

Heat clarified butter and add milkmaid and paneer and stir until thick.
When it starts to leave sides of the pan turn off the flame,when it cools mash them.
Now take three dough and make tricolor sondesh
