Take one big plate or Parat add all flours mix it well,add all spices and combine it with water,make smooth dough,rest it for 20 minutes.

Add coriander and mix it well.take some dough and roll it on platform,make it round shape puri.
- 3
Heat a Kadhai add oil,when it will hot add puri in hot oil,fry puri,take out in plate ready your masala puri serve with mango pickle.and enjoy !!
