  1. 1mild cheese
  2. 1sharp cheese
  3. 1Monterey jack
  4. 4 tablespoonButter
  5. 1 cupSour cream
  6. 1 1/2 cupheavy cream
  7. 1 packLarge elbow noodles
  8. Season salt
  9. Pepper
  10. Smoked paprika
  11. Cajun seasoning
  12. Tablespoonmustard
  13. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Boil noodles according to package

    Grate all 3 cheese. Keep separate

  3. 3

    Make custard, 1 egg,1 1/2 cup heavy cream, seasoning, sour cream. Mix well

  4. 4

    When eggs done. Add 1/2 Monterey jack to hot noodles with butter and sour cream

  5. 5

    Layer noodles, then sharp cheese and Monterey add custard, then next layer of noodles, top with mild cheese and remaining custard and seasoning

  6. 6

    Bake 350 for 30 mins, then boil high to starts to turn brown
