Soak the poppy seeds in the water for 4 to 5 hours

Now grind the poppy seeds in the mixer grinder

Put the pan on the medium flame add the milk in the pan now add grinded poppy seeds in the milk,add dates in the milk,stir continuously.

Add pista and Almond finely chopped

Add the cardamom powder

Cook this kheer for 5 to 6 min,the kheer becomes too thick due to poppy seeds add some milk till at medium consistency
