Boil milk and lemon juice. Mix it well and boil till the milk curdle. Once it is done then switch off the induction. Cool it and strain in muslin cloth. The chena should be moisture in consistency. Then transfer the chena to a grinder. Add maida, sugar and green cardamom powder. Then grind it in a few seconds. Don't over grind it. Otherwise the chum chum will not come perfectly.

After grinding transfer the chena mixture to a plate. Mix it well. From chena mixture takea small ball and roll it and make in a oval shape. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done then keep aside. Add kesar in a sugar syrupWhen the sugar syrup start boiling. Drop chum chum in a sugar syrup.

Cover and boil for a 1 minute in a full flame. After 1 minute take out the lid and check it. If it is done then switch off the induction. Then transfer the chum chum in a plate. Cool it. Now slit the chum chum and put the stuffing in the center of the chum chum. Repeat the same procedure.

Once it is done again put the chum chum in a sugar syrup and boil it for few seconds. Once it is done

Then transfer to a seving plate and garnish with crushed pista
