Dal rice dumplings

First make dumpling dough by adding water,rice & salt in kadai & boil them until they come out to be in dough

Transfer it in plate & with help of oil knead the dough well & keep aside

For filling you have to options first you take all ingredients in jar & grind it into a coarse dry mixture

But I have made it differently. take a kadai heat oil in that add jeera & hing then onion,garlic, chilli, ginger & saute them well

Once the onion cooked well add dal first grind it little bit as it should be dry & coarse then add other ingredients & mix it well filling is ready

Now take the dough & roll it on board grease the board with oil before rolling & cut it round shapes with help of round small bowl

Now make the shape of dumplings with adding filling in between & steam them for 15 minutes in steamer

Now you can have like this also but for more taste take a pan put some oil & other dressing ingredients them put the steam dumplings by cutting them in two half & roast them from side. serve it hot
