For filling - in a wok add grated coconut and sugar and cook to dissolve sugar, add Taal pulp and stir for 2 mins

Stir for 2 mins, add cardamom powder, khoya and stir

Add milk powder and cook till filling leaves surface, set aside to cool
- 4
For Patishapta - in a bowl add rice flour, powdered sugar, Maida, Taal pulp, salt, semolina, milk and stir well, set aside for 30 mins covered

In a pan grease with ghee and add a ladle of the batter, add a filling on the side and roll from both sides, set aside

Plate and enjoy
