Steps

Keep ready all ingredients. Keep a pan on a low flame of stove. Add ghee, roast edible gum, and it will blow up. Transfer in a plate.

Now add carrom seeds. Roast it. Add dry coconut in leftover ghee in pan. Roast till colour changed. Transfer in a plate.

Roast coriander seeds, black pepper, and saunf. Now grind crystal sugar and make a smooth powder.

In the same jar, add fried gum and grind well. Add roasted coriander seeds, carrrom seeds, saunf, and black pepper. Grind well. Make powder.

Now add dry ginger powder, saffron, and cardamom and nutmeg powder.. Grind well.

Mix well. Transfer in a bowl. Add dryfruits and rose petals. Mix well. Panjiri is ready.
