Chop all the ingredients and mix them in a bowl with the sauce (lemon, mustard, honey, garlic).

In a non-stick pan, add the oil and when it's ready, add the mixture.

Stir and let it cook until done.

Serve the chicken with the sauce and accompany with mashed potatoes or rice, a lettuce salad, and green olives, or inside a pita bread.
