3 tspButter
3 TbsCorn Starch
1 CupWater (boiling)
1/2 tspSalt & Pepper (to taste)
1 CanPeas (drained)

In a pot, add milk & butter when melted add peas, salt & pepper to taste.

Heat & when hot, thicken it.

In a heat-resistant cup, add boiling water, then add corn starch mix well.

When thickened, turn heat off.

Put over a piece of pork pie.
